  3. It is very useful when you can't use the keyboard or for people with diseas. The guest experience will be enhanced. People will feel closer to companies. The bad thing is that the "voice" machine needs to be used to our voice at the beggining.

  10. It could be very interesting to improve the guest's exeperience only if it is correctly performed. I mean that if the voice is not well understood by the software, it could become a waste of time.

  11. It will be useful for customers, but the bot will have to adapt to each voice, to each accent, so it will take a lot of time to set it up.

  12. It can be a useful tool, when people do not have their phone on their hands, like with Siri, the developing of smart house or IA. It also humanize the chatbot, recent studies show that people use decent language when they talk to their IA, saying "hello", thanks them, etc.
